Explore the Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry
The Children’s Museum of the Lowcountry is a non-profit organization that always has interesting and interactive exhibits that will get your kids excited about learning. Their exhibits range anywhere from a “Medieval Creativity Castle” to a “Publix Market”. It’s a great place to beat the heat or rain before the summer is over!
Tour the South Carolina Aquarium
What’s cooler than seeing beautiful fish, otters, sharks, and other sea life up close and personal? Not much. At the South Carolina Aquarium, families are free to roam around learn about, observe, and even touch some of the amazing creatures exhibited. Our favorite part is definitely the touch tank! This is an exciting and educational activity for kids of all ages.
